Terms of Use

All users of the online Classified Ad system provided by Ventura West Marina (herein referred to as "VWM") agree to the following: 1. All ads will be submitted to VWM for review prior to being posted on our website. 2. Any ads deemed in appropriate by VWM will not be published 3. All ads are set to expire and no longer appear on our website after 30 days of posting. 4. No user of our service will post anything that is illegal or objectionable. If you do not agree to these "Terms of Service" your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of our ad service. VWM reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms of use at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes.
